Hôtel Raymond 4 Toulouse

The people at the reception were very friendly and it was a big plus to be able to leave my bag after check out (for free). The rooms were as shown in the website and were clean, as was the bathroom. Overall it was a very good experience. Also the location is really good, is right in the city center and 5 minutes walking from the train station.

The hotel is centrally located with easy walking access to the central parts of the city, bus and rail connections and the area and indeed the city felt quite safe, the room was very comfortable and the sound level at night was lovely and quiet. The bed was comfortable with extra pillows and blankets supplied, but weren't needed as the room was quite well heated. The bathroom was clean and serviceable with a strong shower and a hairdryer. No safe in the room . Breakfast is continental buffet type with plenty of choice, but is extra to the room rate. If you have a car then use the hotel parking as on street parking is scarce. I will be coming back Toulouse and will definitely stay at the Raymond 4 again.

The man at the reception displayed incredible kindness towards us. He assisted with our check-in around 10 pm working the night shift. With an early morning flight ahead, we found ourselves at the reception by 5 am. Observing the man awake and seated in the lobby, I approached him. Although the airport was a 15-minute walk away and we had a considerable amount of luggage to drag, I inquired about the direction to the airport. Upon seeing our luggage, he promptly responded, "Don't worry, I'll give you a ride in my car." He mentioned that he had been awake for his morning prayers. I strongly recommend that the man be considered for a raise.

Great location in a quiet side street but so close to all sites to visit and entertainments. Plus a short walk to the airport Navette as we were flying out the next morning. Nice, quiet, comfortable bedroom and shower-room - clean and well equipped - just what we needed. Will definitely use again without hesitation.

The hotel receptionists were really friendly to us. They provided printing and communicated with us friendly during our whole stay. The room was cleaned thoroughly everyday which we appreciate a lot, and the location of it is really nice. We only needed to walk 10 minutes to the city centre or 8 minutes to the train station.
